First tip, its 9,000 ft elevation so don't try to hike the entire way. We took the cable car.

Second tip, get there early to avoid the crowds.

I'm headed back to Italy!

Packing almost complete for my long delayed trip to Italy. It's been four years since my last visit and this is the first time I'll be there without students!

This trip its all about Southern Italy, starting in Naples, then Palermo, across the straight and up the coastline thru Calabria.

Check in with this site, there will soon be plenty to see! We leave in less than a week.

Summer 2018 class cancelled!

Due to under enrollment, the 2018 summer photo program in Florence has been cancelled. I am pretty sure this was my last shot at  teaching in Florence as part of the WU program, but I am also confident I'll return to Italy in the future.
